Two soldiers were killed in the raid organised by
the Burundian milicious of FNL and FDD on Kiliba,
on October 26th,2003
Two soldiers killed and many civil casualties
among which a woman in the raid of the FNL and FDD
on Kiliba In Nota Bene N°235, of October 27th,
2003 Héritiers de la Justice denounced the looting
and killings by the burundian miliciuos in the
District of Kavunge, in the town of Kiliba, in the
Ruzizi Valley. The assallants cut the hand of a
woman and strongly beat Mr Byamwezi. In all the
intruded dwelings, no dress, or even a linen was
left.
Would this
new attackn show the commitment of the burundian
miliciuos to carry out harmful actions occasioned by
the impunity they benefit from the Internatioanl
Community or a punitive expedition towards the
populations because they were happy of the
reunification of the army attested by the presence
of the General Prosper Nyabyolwa, commander of the
10th military region from Kinshasa, the
former Maï-Maï Zabuloni, Nakabaka, Dunia, Kayamba,
Kalunga, Foka Mike Kahasha, . .. and other
commanders of the former rebellion of RCD
The responsibilities and the mandate of each
national and international actor working in favour
of the retoration of peace in the RD Congo, are not
only challenged by the distress of these innocent
populations victims of the cruelty, but also tested
to deserve the people’s trust
