Among the evils, we cite ransoming and extortion in money, hens, and guinea-pigs, exploiting peasants’ fields, raping both women and girls…

The known raping casa is the one done on 13th last January by the commandant nicknamed COBRA of the 120th Brigade and Captain Amisi Kansilembo against a young girl (M.B.P) and pupil at Mankulu Technical and Commercial high school in Shabunda.

The a.s.b.l Héritiers de la Justice is more preoccupied with this situation that the causes of Mr. Buka Polepole’arrestation were, it would be an arbitrary arrestation and illegal detention.

Reason why Héririers de la Justice strongly recommends that Mr.Buka be released and taken back with the same means, for home in his family which are dismaying with the Organization.

If not and if a given bad situation happens on him ,Heritiers de la Justice requires him  to be presented to a magistrate or a tribunal in charge to listen to him, communicate him the reasons of his arrestation and judge him.

The organization requires the Brigade General Mbudja Mabe, the Commandant of the 10th Military Region to make respect by his troops men, the spirit and the letter of articles 19 and 20 of the transitional constitution of the democratic republic of Congo.
