Mr.FELICIEN ONCE LOST, HE IS NOW REGAINED

After having been announced to be kidnapped in Bukavu on 17 May 2005, Mr. Félicien Bakulikire an interpreter at MOUNC-DDRRR Bukavu has appeared precisely at the office of MONUC in Kampala-Uganda.

According to Radio Okapi broadcasting this information, the man had, may be, miracuoulesly escaped from kidnappers and took the way to Uganda.

The association Héritiers de la Justice requests the Congolese boarder-stations to provide perfect information on date and circumstances due to Mr. Félicien’s crossing the boarder for a foreign country .It is surprising to learn he is in Kampala though during the time his family, MONUC, Human Rights Associations such as Héritiers de la justice (cfr its Nota Bene No 219 of 20th May, 2005) have been looking for him, no boarder- station has announced his crossing.

The association requests MONUC which is in contact with Félicien, to cooperate with Congolese intelligence- services in order to reveal circumstances in which the man was kidnapped. This would help authorities to break up the net of kidnappers.
