The Family of late Pascal Kabungulu Kibembi is still under Threat.

Unidentified people have attacked a clinic managed by Pascal kabungulu’s widow on Tuesday 09/08/2005 at night.

 For a long moment the attackers obliged patients to open the door of the clinic but didn’t.  

The medico-dental clinic called << La Divine>> is located at Mulengeza-Panzi, Ibanda commune in Bukavu This incident occurred on the  same day that Mr. Kabungulu’s widow lodged  a complaint before the military court against unknown persons about her husband’s murder.

All these events signal that pascal’s remain in danger if nothing is done urgently. It should be recalled that Pascal Kabungulu’s suspected killers who are detained tried to escape the central prison thanks to Colonel Thiery Ilunga and his comrade Rama.

The association Héritiers de la Justice fears for the safety of the clinic and normal running of this clinic on which Pascal Kabungulu’s family depend for their survival . Moreover, the family being the witness of the murder, the killers may use different threats to compel that family for exile.

Heritiers de la Justice calls upon all civil and military authorities as well as MONUC to provide security to Pascal’s family and all its staff.
