Once more, FDLR humiliate Congolese people and the International Committee.

Threat to disrupt voters’ enlisting in North Kivu. 

According to radio Maendeleo broadcasting on Tuesday 9 August, 2005 by 3:30 p.m in Bukavu ,the FDLR based in North Kivu, have stated ti disrupt  the voters’enlisting as foreseen from 21/08/2005 to 21/09/2005 for that province; only if they are not enlisted like Congolese.

The association Héritiers de la Justice notices that there is risk of confusing things by setting a permanent situation of insecurity. The association requests urgently to both the Congolese government and the International Committee to do their best to repatriate those armed groups to their native country in accordance with their statement in Sant Egidio-Roma on 31/03/2005.
